Sphere - DJ / Producer

Sphere plays great 70s/80s disco, pop and funk from the Studio 54 era. ‘I think that by playing these genres you can get any audience up on the dance floor’. Sphere also plays a mixture of styles on request tailored to the clients needs. He started dj-ing when he was 10 years old and then at 17 began to create his own mixes. Some of his musical influences are Bob Dylan, Marvin Gaye, The Rolling Stones, Ray Charles and Kool & the Gang who he did the after party for here in Mallorca in 2014. Electronically he enjoys listening to Kraftwerk, Africa Bambata, Italo-disco and Latin house. Sphere plays on vinyl, CD format or with a Traktor S4 midi controller, which is what he uses for his sound effects. He has played all over the world at private events and weddings from Ibiza to the U.S and he has also been booked by some high profile clients such as Hugo Boss and Mario Testino. He currently continues to DJ throughout the world and is also soon to open a new radio station called ‘Virtual Fm Radio.’
