Anitta Bloom - Neo Soul Jazz Singer

Anitta is a seasoned stage performer who as a child learned her craft in the church choir.

By the age of 3 her talent was already recognizable when she made her first public appearance and then by the age of 8 she was already in the studio recording her own songs.

As soon as she was allowed to travel alone she headed for NYC, where she began seeking out greater musical challenges and it didn't take long for her to find her place on the NYC music scene, where she became well known for her skill and ability to sing every part from bass to first soprano. she became heavily in demand as a session singer and joined many noted productions and took her around the world.

Anitta has shared the stage with artists Whitney Houston, Patti LaBelle, Mariah Carey, Take Six, Elton John, Faith No More, George Michael and Billy Preston among many others.

In the mid 90's a musical production took her to Europe where she relocated and eventually made her new home.

In a short space of time she became a significant part of the European live music scene, making regular concert appearances, recordings and tours with artists such as Nils Landgren, Randy Brecker, Udo Jürgens, Sarah Connor, Samy Deluxe and various Big Bands projects.

By the early 2000's she was performing her own regular Jazz program show. Once again she proved her versatility in music styles by showing her affinity for the great female vocalists of the Great American Songbook like Ella Fitzgerald.

In 2007 she started sharing her experiences with an increasing number of students. Her love for teaching led to a large number of regular students among which you can find many professional singers, actors and other performers, whom she also coaches during and through their productions, from time to time.

She was selected to take part in a TV talent contest and out of the 5000 singers she came in first place. This amazing opportunity helped propel her career to a whole new level.

It is that exciting mixture of Anitta's musical talent combined with her abundant creativity and energy that promises a lot more from her in the coming years and which makes people gravitate toward her.

Anitta can be booked to perform at a multiple of different style of events ranging from corporate gala dinners, private celebrations, to intimate wedding ceremonies, either alone with tracks, together with her 4 piece band, right up to her big band. Shows can be tailored to the clients wishes.
